Any quotes, lead-times, or shipping dates provided by FireSupplies.com are estimates only and are subject to change!
We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries.

- A signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the UPS delivery driver and depending on your location). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS.
- Choosing UPS Next Day Air applies to weekday deliveries only! If you require the UPS Next Day Air Saturday delivery please call Customer Service.

US POSTAL SERVICE (US ONLY)
- USPS orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day the order is placed!
- USPS can ship packages to PO Boxes. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up.
- Delivery times vary by destination, and is not guaranteed.
- Tracking of packages have some limitations
FireSupplies.com ships product all over the world via both UPS and FedEx. Please keep in mind that when you place an international order, you are responsible for all applicable duty and taxes.

Also in the event that the product you have ordered is out of stock at the time the order was placed, you will be notified by email the estimated date that your order can ship complete.

Confirmation e-mails are sent immediately after your package is shipped, complete with estimated delivery date and tracking information (trackable shipping methods only). First Class, Priority and Express Mail have delivery confirmation.
