SHIPPING WITH FIRESUPPLIES

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $389 OR MORE!

Enjoy free domestic ground shipping to the U.S. on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order total $389 or more, your order ships FREE!!! *Orders that require freight shipping are excluded from FREE shipping!

In stock items will ship in 24 to 48 hours. Please do not hesitate to call one of our Customer Care Consultants if you have any questions or require special shipping options.

Any quotes, lead-times, or shipping dates provided by FireSupplies.com are estimates only and are subject to change!

SHIPPING METHODS

We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries.

UPS

  • Estimated delivery time.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the UPS delivery driver and depending on your location). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS.
  • Choosing UPS Next Day Air applies to weekday deliveries only! If you require the UPS Next Day Air Saturday delivery please call Customer Service.

FEDEX

  • A signature may be required upon delivery (depending on your location and at the discretion of the FedEx delivery driver). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from FedEx.

US POSTAL SERVICE (US ONLY)

  • USPS orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day the order is placed!
  • USPS can ship packages to PO Boxes. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up.
  • Delivery times vary by destination, and is not guaranteed.
  • Tracking of packages have some limitations

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

FireSupplies.com ships product all over the world via both UPS and FedEx. Please keep in mind that when you place an international order, you are responsible for all applicable duty and taxes.

Also in the event that the product you have ordered is out of stock at the time the order was placed, you will be notified by email the estimated date that your order can ship complete.

CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Confirmation e-mails are sent immediately after your package is shipped, complete with estimated delivery date and tracking information (trackable shipping methods only). First Class, Priority and Express Mail have delivery confirmation.
