U-Stake Anchors for Ground Protection Mats – Ground Securing System

The Checkers U‑Stakes ground protection mat anchor is designed to secure AlturnaMAT®, VersaMAT®, TrakMAT®, or LibertyMAT® panels in place on sloped, uneven, or undulating terrain. These steel stakes insert through built-in mat anchor points to help prevent shifting when mats are used for temporary roadways, equipment access routes, or work platforms in construction, landscaping, utility, and similar environments.

Each U‑Stake is constructed from galvanized steel for corrosion resistance and measures approximately 9.25 inches long, 3 inches wide, and 3.25 inches high. The stakes install quickly without the need for tools and provide a stable anchoring solution under vehicle or foot traffic, helping maintain consistent mat alignment in demanding field conditions.
