Small Plug Lockout Device – Compact Electrical LOTO Safety Device

The ZING Small Plug Lockout prevents electrical cords from being inserted into an outlet during maintenance or repair operations, supporting lockout/tagout safety procedures. Made in the USA from recycled plastic, the device measures 3 1/2" L x 2 1/2" W and features a universal fit closure that accommodates cords up to 1/2" in diameter and plugs up to 2" W x 3" L.

Designed for secure use, the lockout accommodates up to three padlocks with shackles up to 9/16" in diameter. Anti-pry tabs help secure the lid for added protection, and the tapered design allows units to be nested for efficient storage. The device includes an English/Spanish bilingual instructional label that reads “DO NOT PLUG IN.” The ZING Small Plug Lockout is UL Validated for recycled content, supporting sustainability initiatives and contributing to LEED credits.
