Hughes Safety Shower with Eye/Face Wash – Mobile Emergency Response System

The Hughes H40K45G‑1H, J40K45G, and 40K45G are 30‑gallon mobile, self‑contained safety showers with integrated eye and face wash units designed for use in locations without a plumbed water supply. Each unit uses a corrosion-resistant, polypropylene-lined pressurized cylinder and provides approximately 1.5 minutes of continuous emergency flow.

The H40K45G‑1H model is heated and freeze-protected for operation in temperatures as low as -4°F (-20°C) and is Class 1 Division 2 rated. The J40K45G model is insulated for use in environments ranging from 14°F (-10°C) to 95°F (35°C), while the 40K45G model is a non-insulated version for general industrial conditions.

All three units are designed for mobility, featuring a stainless steel frame with pneumatic tires. Each includes an acrylic-capped ABS eye/face wash with pull-down lid activation, twin diffusers, and a flow regulator valve, supporting portable emergency response in industrial settings.
