Lockout/Tagout hasps are used to prevent switches, valves, and other energy-isolating devices from being operated during equipment servicing or repair. These devices support lockout/tagout procedures by ensuring machinery remains in a controlled and non-operational state while work is being performed.

All models are designed to accommodate multiple padlocks, allowing several users to secure the same energy-isolating device. This ensures equipment remains safely locked out until all maintenance or repair work is complete.

Steel & Aluminum Pry-Resistant Hasps

  • Made in the USA from recycled steel or non-sparking recycled aluminum
  • Pry-resistant tabs for added security
  • Accept up to 6 padlocks (shackles up to 3/8")
  • Sizes:
    5" L x 1-1/2" W, 1" hole
    4-1/2" L x 1-1/2" W, 1-1/2" hole

Butterfly-Style Fold-Over Hasps

  • Fold-over butterfly design deters prying; slot opening allows easy multi-lock use
  • Stainless steel construction for harsh environments
  • ZING #7603: 1" jaw, up to 5 padlocks, 2.3" W x 3.3" H x 0.5" D
  • ZING #7604: 3" jaw
  • Double-ended model (tempered steel w/ aluminum rivet):
    1" & 1.5" jaws, 5.35" L
  • Accepts up to 10 padlocks

Coated Hasps

  • Highly visible, easy-grip coating
