Geo-Grid Cellular Paving System (19.5" x 19.5" x 1.6") – Ground Reinforcement & Stabilization Grid

The GeoGrid Cellular Ground Reinforcement System is a modular ground stabilization and paving solution made from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene. It is designed to provide permanent ground reinforcement, erosion control, and load support, with a grid structure that distributes weight evenly. Depending on the model, it supports loads of up to 350 tons per square meter for the Standard version and up to 500 tons per square meter for the Premium version.

GeoGrid ground stabilization mats improve ground stability and helps prevent rutting in areas with pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Its open grid structure allows rainwater and runoff to disperse naturally, making it suitable for drainage and flood-prone locations and compatible with Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS). Common applications include car parks, driveways, access routes, fire lanes, emergency lanes, equestrian paths, golf cart paths, and landscaped areas requiring reinforcement.

The system features lightweight panels with an interlocking design for quick installation. In some regions, panels are supplied as pre-connected 1-square-meter sections to support faster deployment. The grid can be filled with gravel, decorative stone, or grass, providing both structural support and surface flexibility. Optional demarcation blocks in white or high-visibility colors can be inserted for visual guidance or designated zones.

Each ground stabilization panel measures approximately 19.5 inches by 19.5 inches with a height of about 1.6 inches and weighs only a few pounds for easier handling and installation. Load-bearing performance depends on underlying soil conditions, and actual dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
